Part 1: Why create this product? — My story
I grew up most of my life very overweight. For over a decade, I was obese and lived an unhealthy and sedentary lifestyle. Eventually, in the fall of 2016, I found the formula that worked for me and I started my weight loss journey.
I lost almost 100 pounds in 10 months through a more constrained diet, running three times a week, and strength training three to five times a week.
Fast forward to the present, I am now a strength training enthusiast and an aspiring powerlifter.
I’ve coached a handful of individuals through a similar formula and have seen massive success in terms of body composition, weight, and overall physical and mental health.
In the past few months, I’ve been brainstorming ideas on creating a tangible platform that provides programs in cardio, weight lifting, and dieting in a seamless and productive way to help people live healthy.

Part 3: Competitive Analysis
In addition to the products that I learned about during interviews, I wanted to analyze a few additional ones I used during my weight loss journey.
One specifically for lifting weights - StrongLifts 5x5, which is one of the most popular beginner strength training programs,
and the other is Couch 2 5K, a 9 week running program and an accompanying app.
Both of these apps helped me tremendously to become fit.
I also searched for a couple popular products in the iOS Apple Store.
