Problem
Salesforce B2C Commerce (formerly Demandware) is a cloud-based e-commerce platform that helps businesses manage their online stores. Within it, Business Manager serves as the hub for merchandising, administration, and site development.
However, Business Manager’s user interface and experience have not been significantly updated since 2016. Common issues include
a lack of progressive disclosure,
difficulty with making bulk changes,
lack of design consistency in UI components,
and cumbersome navigation.

Solution
My accomplishments for the past year were as follows:
redesigned the user experience of two key features,
reorganized the information architecture,
designed key enhancements after initial release,
created new patterns (& pattern library) for complex use cases.
The newly redesigned Business Manager has been presented in Dreamforce and other high-profile Salesforce conferences.
